Casa Bella is conveniently located in southwest Fort Myers, Florida, just a few miles from Fort Myers Beach and the Sanibel Island Causeway. A small, friendly community of only seventy 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo units share a heated pool, tennis court, and bocce court. The pool house features a screened-in dining area and gas BBQ grills. All condo units are privately owned, with about 30% full-time residents. The majority of the units are seasonal homes, and several are available for weekly, monthly, seasonal, or long-term rentals.Owners
